    We are hiring - Customer Service Representative!

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for processing and tracking customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth delivery and excellent service to our customers.

    What You’ll Do

    • Process customer orders accurately in JDE (product, quantity, shipping, etc.)

    • Communicate with customers and sales teams on order status, pricing, and issues

    • Coordinate shipments and schedules with internal departments

    • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure SOX compliance

    • Resolve inquiries about shipments, shortages, overages, and quality

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (Sales/Marketing preferred)

    • 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing

    • Experience using JDE or ERP systems (SAP preferred)

    • Strong skills in Excel, data entry, and communication

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

     

    Preferred Skills

     

    Customer support, call center, inbound calls, order processing, supply inventory, and building materials knowledge.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
