About the Role
As the CIAM Business Systems Analyst, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the CIAM platform, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. You’ll serve as the bridge between business goals and technology solutions, driving initiatives that enhance user experience, security, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements aligned with strategic and regulatory objectives.
+ Act as the CIAM Subject Matter Expert, advising on solution design, configuration, and process optimization.
+ Translate business needs into detailed system requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
+ Support the full solution delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
+ Maintain accurate documentation for CIAM applications and ensure accessibility across teams.
+ Manage application configuration changes in accordance with SDLC and Change Management protocols.
+ Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver integrated CIAM solutions.
+ Monitor application performance, lead incident/problem management, and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
• Required Skills & Experience
+ 8+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or CIAM/IAM.
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
+ Proven leadership experience preferred.
+ Advanced knowledge of Financial Services or Banking industry.
+ Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, industry standards, and legal obligations.
+ Expertise in process and data analysis across one or more domains.
+ Experience as an SME in CIAM/IAM systems and deployment.
+ Skilled in user lifecycle management, access reviews, and policy enforcement.
+ Proficient in CIAM platform tools for configuration, log monitoring, and support.
+ Strong documentation and process adherence capabilities.
+ Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
+ Deep familiarity with SDLC methodologies and change management.
+ Demonstrated success in incident resolution and Root Cause Analysis.
+ Strong grasp of data integrity, security, and privacy best practices.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
