You’ll partner directly with senior engineering and product leadership to transform how thousands of engineers build, test, and ship software. You’ll lead a team of passionate and driven engineers and collaborate across multiple organizations to embed AI into developer workflows, accelerate productivity, and improve software quality through modern, responsible AI integration.

    Responsibilities:

+ Lead architecture and technical direction for integrating AI into core developer workflows and internal tooling.

+ Partner with senior leaders to align investments, pilot programs, and success metrics for AI-driven productivity.

+ Mentor and grow your engineering team focused on applied AI and developer experience.

+ Collaborate across organizations—platform, developer tools, infrastructure, research—to align roadmaps and scale adoption.

+ Drive measurable outcomes through data-driven experiments (e.g., PR velocity, CFR, quality metrics).

    Basic Qualifications:

+ BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or related practical experience.

+ 5+ years of experience in software design, development, and algorithm related solutions

+ 5+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, C#

    Preferred Qualifications:

+ BS and 10+ years of relevant work experience, MS and 8+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD and 6+ years of relevant work experience.

+ Development experience with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Github co-pilot

+ Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, LLM APIs, or developer productivity platforms.

+ Track record of leading cross-org technical initiatives and influencing senior leadership.

+ Background in developer platforms, internal tooling, or productivity engineering.

+ Experience integrating AI systems into developer workflows (e.g., IDE copilots, CI/CD, documentation automation).

+ Experience with change management and developer adoption at scale.

+ Strong software architecture, systems design, and programming skills (Python, Java, TypeScript).

+ Excellent communication skills—you can articulate complex ideas across technical and executive audiences.

+ A growth mindset: curiosity, humility, and drive to explore how AI can reshape software development.

+ Experience with large-scale distributed systems and client-server architectures.

+ Experience with strategic planning, executing on a long term roadmap, team development and scaling processes to support business growth.

+ Experience leading by influence, formulating and driving technical strategies across various organizations.
