    Position Overview:

    Cognizant is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Scrum Master** to lead Agile practices across our development teams. You will be the key driver of our Scrum framework, ensuring high-quality deliverables, resolving impediments, and coaching teams on Agile methodologies. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile principles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Establish and maintain a robust Agile framework, including processes and artifacts.

    + Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and support teams in delivering business value.

    + Maintain and communicate team metrics and artifacts for transparency and stakeholder alignment.

    + Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to manage and enrich the product backlog.

    + Promote Agile behaviors and reinforce best practices across teams.

    + Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

    + Adapt Agile structures to client frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and ensure compatibility.

    + Build strong cross-functional relationships and promote a positive work environment.

    + Guide teams and leadership toward higher levels of Scrum maturity.

    + Create a productive environment where teams take ownership and enjoy their work.

    + Support organizational scaling through Agile principles.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master on Agile development teams.

    + Proven servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.

    + Deep understanding of Agile techniques and artifacts (e.g., Definition of Done, user stories, backlog refinement).

    + Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

    + Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent); SAFe certification is a plus.

    + Familiarity with BDD, TDD, CI/CD, pairing, and automated testing is advantageous.

    + Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, XP).

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
