About the role:
As a Technology Architect specializing in Pega, you will make an impact by designing and implementing intelligent, customer-centric solutions. You will be a trusted leader, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, AI-powered architectures that elevate engagement, streamline decision-making, and support scalable growth.
In this role, you will:
• Design and implement Pega solutions to improve business agility and customer engagement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures and decision strategies.
• Apply Pega AI, Arbitration, and Next-Best-Action to personalize customer experiences.
• Deploy Pega Actions and treatments aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with engagement policies and optimize use of Pega Channels.
• Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to centralize and streamline decision-making.
• Mentor team members and monitor solution performance for continuous improvement.

What you need to have to be considered:
• 10–14 years of experience in technology architecture, with a focus on Pega solutions.
• Proven expertise in Pega Biz Agility 1:1 CX Engagement and Pega Platform
• Familiarity with Pega Engagement policies, Channels, and Actions.
• Solid knowledge of the Payer domain and customer-centric solution design.
These will help you stand out:
• Hands-on experience with PEGA Decision Hub and Next-Best-Action implementations.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Pega architectures.
• Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and technical mentoring.
Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until 12/05/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
