    CTG is seeking to fill a Product Manager – Digital Product Engineering position for our client in Atlanta, GA.

     

    **Duration:** 12 months

    Duties:

    + Lead cross-functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the maintenance and support of applications.

    + Ensure projects are completed within defined scope, budget, and timeline while meeting business requirements and contractual obligations.

    + Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements, including IBM, client employees, and third-party vendors.

    + Develop and execute effective communication plans, providing regular project status updates to stakeholders.

    + Drive alignment between business objectives and technical solutions to achieve successful project outcomes.

    + Support documentation of comprehensive feature requirements and specifications.

    + Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout the solution and delivery lifecycle.

    Skills:

    + Strong project management and leadership abilities with experience managing large-scale digital engineering initiatives.

    + Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and enterprise solution delivery.

    + Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and collaboration platforms.

    + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across technical and business domains.

    Experience:

    + 5–10+ years of experience in the AT&T client environment.

    + Proven experience developing solutions for Telecom Data (e.g., Dedicated Internet) or Voice products.

    + Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and enterprise network service delivery.

    + Demonstrated success leading cross-domain integration projects in complex enterprise environments (preferred).

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
