CTG is seeking to fill a Data Governance & BI Solutions Lead position for our client in Atlanta, GA.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on Data Governance & BI Solutions Lead to drive enterprise-wide initiatives around data quality, metadata management, lineage, and business intelligence reporting. You’ll take ownership of critical data tools and frameworks, while building scalable solutions that help the business get reliable insights and maintain high data standards.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop, review, and analyze data quality rules; lead the migration of tools from Informatica and Ab Initio to Ataccama.
+ Own the enterprise rollout and implementation of Alation, Manta, and Ataccama/BigEye across multiple lines of business, enforcing metadata, lineage, and data quality standards.
+ Design and maintain Python-based automations for metadata onboarding, MDE job orchestration, lineage ingestion, and Alation API integrations with comprehensive logging and audit capabilities.
+ Establish and operationalize CDE/DCBP frameworks, map policies to controls, define ownership models, and drive steward workflows and approvals.
+ Design, build, and manage web-based BI reporting solutions with personalized features, enabling users to drill down into reports, toggle between reporting and analysis, and access dashboards through multiple delivery methods (web, email, portal, file server).
+ Integrate various BI platforms to create a seamless reporting and analytics experience.
+ Work with tools such as Cognos, Actuate, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Click, and Scorecards to deliver actionable insights.
Required Skills:
+ Strong expertise in data governance, metadata management, and lineage tools (Alation, Manta, Ataccama/BigEye).
+ Experience migrating ETL/data integration workflows from Informatica or Ab Initio.
+ Proficiency in Python for automation, APIs, and orchestration of data workflows.
+ Hands-on experience implementing CDE/DCBP frameworks and driving enterprise stewardship programs.
+ Solid background in BI reporting, dashboard development, and analytics tools.
+ Ability to manage enterprise-wide implementations and enforce standards across multiple business units.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with enterprise-scale data quality and governance initiatives.
+ Familiarity with multiple BI platforms and integrating them for seamless user experience.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
