CTG is seeking to fill a SAP ERP HCM Payroll Expert position for our client in Houston, TX.
**Duration:** 5 months
Role Overview:
Lead North America payroll operations as a SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors functional expert. Drive implementation, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements while ensuring accurate, compliant payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, configure, and optimize SAP HR modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll.
• Manage payroll processing, off-cycle runs, tax compliance, posting, and reporting.
• Integrate SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central Payroll, Compensation, and more.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align systems with business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
• SAP ERP HCM functional expertise with North America payroll focus.
• Hands-on SuccessFactors integration experience.
• Strong payroll compliance and reporting knowledge.
• Proven ability to configure/customize SAP HR modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Finance, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
