Sales Specialist, Fine Fragrance, Perfumery & Beauty – New York NY

As the Sales Specialist, Fine Fragrance, you’ll be at the heart of our global operations—supporting exciting projects, managing cross-functional priorities, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the highest standards of service. Your Key Responsibilities:

+ Schedule, coordinate and prepare for meetings, internally and externally, organizing samples and market products for presentations.

+ Support with PowerPoint and Excel tasks for the Commercial team, completing special assignments as required

+ Organize and coordinate samples, ensuring accurate and timely delivery, meeting all deadlines

+ Maintain customer relationships through clear communication and prompt task completion, including paperwork, and other requests

+ Utilize commercial systems, such as SAP and ATLAS, to manage project lifecycles, documentation, and maintain data

+ Interact with the Customer Care team globally to ensure smooth processing of orders and to resolve issues

You Bring:

+ Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Good communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to have thoughtful and respectful communication with clients

+ Detail oriented, with a high level of organizational skills

+ Excellent administrative and computer skills including MS Office Applications, and working with complex computer systems

+ Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $55,000-$65,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
