    ### Job Duties

    Scalzo Architects, a family-owned architecture and interior design firm for over 30 years, is seeking a Project Architect to join our team in Duluth Minnesota. We have an extensive history of repeat clients in a variety of project types including health care, hospitality, municipal/civic, commercial, education, housing and industrial.

     

    We are seeking a self-starter who wants to grow, collaborate and innovate in a fast-paced environment. The Project Architect plays a critical role in our firm and must be knowledgeable in building codes, zoning regulations, construction standards to lead the production of technical drawings and specifications. Candidates with health care experience are highly desirable.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Graduates of accredited architectural program

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    Minimum of 8 years of experience and must be a licensed Architect in Minnesota. Business development experience with excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in architectural software programs, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and Sketchup.
