    Responsibility

    Key Responsibilities

    + Deploy key GDM solutions – SFDC Field Service system, CoraPPM, CPQ, ServiceNow EAM

    + Implement Quote to Cash for onboarding Software offering and subscription management

    + 5+ experience in deploying SAP, CRM, Ecommerce systems

    + Lead a high performing team of IT professionals, providing direction and guidance in optimizing IT systems and operations

    + Develop and drive IT strategies, including budgeting and resource allocation, to support business objectives and enhance efficiency

    + Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technology roadmap and ensure IT initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals

    + Oversee the implementation of IT governance and compliance measures, data security, and regulatory adherence

    + Spearhead the assessment and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational excellence and innovation

    + Define and lead the implementation of an overarching IT strategy that supports business growth and innovation

    + Manage cross functional teams to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with strategic objectives

    Qualifications

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 15+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, including people management.

    + Experience in deploying SFDC Field Service system, CoraPPM, SAP CPQ, ServiceNow EAM

    + Proven track record of managing IT teams and budgets effectively.

    + Experience in implementing large scale e-commerce and ERP systems

    + Ability to work across cross functional leadership team and champion technology change management and digital transformation

    + Experience in software development lifecycle management

    + Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

    + A history of driving technology projects to successful completion.

    + Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in relevant industries.

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    + Experience in driving technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

    + Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.

    + Strong project and vendor management skills.

    + Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives.
