    Overview

     

    As an Ink Tender at BrightStar Lottery, you’ll be a key part of our production team, responsible for preparing and managing chemical mixtures used in our manufacturing process. You’ll ensure accuracy, safety, and consistency in every batch, helping maintain the integrity of our products and supporting a smooth production flow.

    What You’ll Do

    + Set up, mix, and deliver production chemicals with precision and care.

    + Follow written and verbal instructions to maintain consistency and safety.

    + Safely remove and dispose of waste chemicals, solvents, and water based inks.

    + Profile furnaces and respond to chemical spills when needed.

    + Maintain accurate records of chemical usage and inventory.

    + Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

    What You’ll Bring

    + **Education** : High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

    + **Experience** : 1–2 years in a related manufacturing or chemical handling role.

    + **Skills** :

    + Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

    + Ability to follow structured processes and documentation

    + Comfortable working in a physically active environment

    + Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking

    At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting salary range is _$24.00 per hour_ . The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

     

    Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles may be eligible for short-term incentive or other discretionary bonuses. More senior roles maybe eligible for long-term incentive bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
