As the Clinical Laboratory Manager, you will lead and oversee laboratory operations across multiple healthcare sites including Willmar, Redwood Falls, and Benson. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality laboratory services, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational efficiency across all assigned locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of clinical laboratory practices.

SCHEDULE:

+ Full time | 80 hours per pay period every two weeks

+ Monday - Friday | 8:00am- 4:30pm

PAY & BENEFITS:

+ Starting pay begins at $90,735.89 per year and increases with experience

+ Salary range: $90,735.89-$136,125.75 per year

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Medical Technology (MT) OR

+ Clinical/ Medical Laboratory Science (CLS/MLS) with MLS (American Society for Clinical Pathology – ASCP) certification

+ MT/MLS ASCP-BOC certified within 6 months with first exam completed within 3 months of hire, with certification verified within six weeks of exam

+ A valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage

+ 5 years experience as a medical laboratory scientist, with 2 years of management/leadership experience preferred.
