    They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Robotics Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our data collection efforts, directly contributing to the advancement of robotic artificial intelligence. You will collaborate with industry leaders, manage a team of data labelers, and ensure the collection of high-quality data crucial for training intelligent systems. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of quickly learning new processes to meet evolving project needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Lead and coordinate all data collection activities, including scheduling operator shifts across multiple locations and workflows.

     

    - Manage human resources tasks for the data collection team, such as reviewing and approving timecards and processing time-off requests.

     

    - Monitor equipment performance and serve as the primary liaison between the operator team and engineering support staff.

     

    - Ensure the highest data quality by tracking collection metrics, conducting proactive data audits, and resolving errors efficiently.

     

    - Review, manage, and participate in all data collection deliverables to maintain workflow integrity and output quality.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Direct all data collection activities and schedule operator shifts across multiple locations and workflows.

    - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative.

     

    - Demonstrated team leadership experience. - Prior experience managing data collection or similar operational teams.

     

    - Background in robotics, AI, or related technical fields.

     

    - Familiarity with data management tools and workflows.

     

    - Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
