    Product analysts are the drivers of our continued growth and success. With their commitment to innovation, these analysts seek, develop, and help implement and support strategic product initiatives for product and business growth. We’re currently searching for an experienced product analyst to understand, document, and guide the future state and compliance of financial systems. The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and rely on data to help inform their decisions. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Three or more years of experience in business analytics and product development

    • Proven analytical abilities

    • Fintech experience!!

    • Experience in generating process documentation and reporting

    • Proficiency with SQL and database management

    • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

    • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications

    • Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira

    • High proficiency in technical writing

     

    Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar

     

    Pay will vary depending on experience - $20-30/hr
