Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-Work in a team environment to architect, design, develop, and release Ethernet Switching systems.
-Collaborate with Marketing to understand and prioritize customer requirements.
-Partner with Software, ASIC Development, HW Qualification, Diagnostics, and Manufacturing teams.
-Utilize a cross-functional development methodology focused on product robustness, high reliability, and customer satisfaction.

-Highly motivated and passionate team player.
-Strong working knowledge of Board Design tools (Cadence Concept/Allegro).
-Excellent communication skills; ability to express complex technological concepts and influence within a team environment.
-Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or beat deadlines.

Skills and Requirements
-In-depth knowledge of circuit board design concepts, challenges, and trade-offs, lab bring-up, and system-level design validation.
-In-depth knowledge of high-speed design signal integrity, power distribution, and CPU subsystem design.
-Programming skills with Python for bring-up automation and testing.
-BSEE with 6+ years of experience or MSEE with 2+ years of experience. *This role is ONSITE, so you must live/work near San Jose, CA*
Pay Rate between $50-60/hr (based on location and experience)
