    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), particularly in the financial domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and delivering complex analytics solutions, including financial metrics such as EAC, ETC, and ODC. This role requires strong client-facing skills, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and a passion for rapid prototyping and dashboard development.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Proven experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) in financial data environments.

     

    -Strong understanding of financial metrics and calculations used in project accounting and forecasting.

     

    -Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) and customizing its analytics capabilities.

     

    -Proficiency in analytics recipe creation, data modeling, and dashboard development.

     

    -Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

     

    -Experience in Agile delivery, including sprint planning and execution.

     

    -Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding (preferred but not required).

     

    -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Salesforce certifications related to CRMA or Analytics.

     

    -Experience in financial services, professional services, or project-based industries.

     

    -Background in data architecture or business intelligence.
