Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Technician to support calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of test equipment critical to medical device development and production. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage calibration processes and logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Calibration Management:
o Coordinate calibration activities for Nevro equipment with external suppliers and calibration labs (e.g., Trescal).
o Manage shipping logistics for calibrated equipment between suppliers and Nevro Costa Rica.
o Perform and document in-house calibration activities as required.
• Equipment Procurement & Maintenance:
o Procure replacement equipment and oversee calibration schedules.
o Maintain accurate calibration and maintenance records in the ETQ system for all Nevro equipment.
• Troubleshooting & Testing:
o Test and troubleshoot calibrated equipment to ensure functionality and prevent production delays.
o Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve electrical hardware issues.
• System & Documentation:
o Ensure ETQ system is consistently updated and accurate for all equipment assets.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience as a Test Technician or Engineering Technician.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical hardware.
• Proficiency with tools such as oscilloscopes, calibration instruments, and multimeters. Preferred Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Prior calibration experience and/or calibration certifications.
• Experience building test systems.
• Familiarity with LabView software.
