Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Jira Service Management Consultant with procurement experience to assist a client with their Jira implementation. As a Part-Time Jira Service Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our client successfully implement and configure Jira Service Management. Expertise in procurement, Jira configuration, and jira cloud will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of their Jira environment. This is a part time as needed role with the ability to pay 60/hour. This could scale up to 20-40 hours a week as workload starts to increase for the client. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and configuration of Jira Service Management. Provide procurement expertise to support the client's needs. Configure Jira to meet the client's specific requirements. Ensure security and compliance within the Jira environment. Work with Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud to optimize performance. Collaborate with the client's team to understand their goals and deliver solutions. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed. Why Join Us: Flexible remote work environment. Skills and Requirements

Proven experience with Jira Service Management. Strong procurement background. Expertise in Jira configuration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience with security and compliance in Jira environments. Experience with Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud. Knowledge of security best practices within Jira.
