• Process Engineer

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a strong Business Process Engineer to support one of our financial service clients here in the Pittsburgh area. We are looking for someone who can identify waste in a process and solution a way to improve the process. This individual will be working cross functionally with many different teams within the organization to gather information and identify what matter most in their current process. Then, develop a new process or solution to reduce waste and improve the current process. They will need to be outcome orientated and not only streamline a process, but also clearly identify the outcome and why it is important. The processes in discussion will be corporate or business-related processes. For example: they may need to review the current invoicing process and identify how it can be improved. Most of the team currently sits in Warrendale, but there is also an option to work out of the downtown office.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of professional experience with process engineering/improvement

    • Background in lean six sigma

    o Or something similar like Kaizen, Total Quality Management, or Toyota Production System

    • Experience applying a formal framework to process engineering and deploying a formal framework in an organization • Financial service background
