Job Description
Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain technology company who is looking for a Chief of Staff.
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping to shape and execute strategic priorities across the organization. You’ll lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and progress toward key company goals. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-level communications, presentations, and reports that support executive decision-making.
In this role, you’ll gather and analyze data to present actionable insights, facilitate leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions, and coordinate company offsites. You’ll also support the CEO in managing time, priorities, and relationships with internal and external stakeholders. At times, you’ll represent the CEO in meetings and engagements, ensuring continuity and clarity across all touchpoints.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, executive support, or a similar strategic role
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation abilities
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex situations
Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools Experience in startups or SaaS environments
Familiarity with construction or finance companies
