Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for an IT Production Supervisor to join their team 5-days onsite in Grand Ronde, Oregon. This individual reports to the IT Manager and oversees the System Administration and Service Desk teams. They will be responsible for daily support, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems, desktop PCs, and audio-visual equipment. Coordinates resolution of productivity and service issues across all IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT Systems Technicians and Administrators in daily support, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems, desktop PCs, and AV equipment.

• Manage hiring, training, coaching, and work assignments for Systems Admin and Service Desk teams.

• Implement procedures to deliver high-quality service to internal and external users.

• Define processes for project requests, prioritization, documentation, break-fix tasks, and asset control.

• Coordinate cross-team collaboration to resolve productivity and technical issues.

• Establish preventive maintenance and change control processes to ensure system reliability and minimize business impact.

• Develop security, integrity, and recovery procedures for assigned systems.

• Review team workflows and recommend staffing adjustments to meet business needs.

• Monitor system utilization and recommend optimizations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

• Assess training needs and create programs to improve system use and efficiency.

• Participate in system evaluation, selection, and implementation as project manager or team member.

Environmental Factors and Conditions/Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in an office environment with occasional exposure to tobacco smoke and noise common to gaming environments.

• Work is subject to frequent sitting for significant periods of time, and occasional walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 60 pounds.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years’ experience supervising frontline technical support staff or equivalent mix of education, training, and experience required.

• Four+ years system administration experience required.

• High security gaming license issued by the Grand Ronde Gaming Commission.

• Experience Supervising technical staff and coordinating service desk operations.

• Experience providing technical support to end users and administering enterprise applications and systems.

• Experience communicating technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally; Building and maintaining effective working relationships across teams.

• IT governance and regulatory frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, PCI, HIPAA, NIGC MICS).

• Computer hardware, software, networking fundamentals, architecture, and peripherals.

• Systems administration with focus on casino and hospitality platforms.

• Service desk operations, including SLAs, policies, reporting, and documentation.

• Incident management and trouble-ticketing processes. • Prior experience in a casino IT environment preferred.
