    Job Description

    The Operational Assessment (OA) Analyst Lead will provide senior-level technical leadership in Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) planning and operations, supporting DEVCOM AvMC, RCCTO-JPO, and MDA. This position focuses on system interface, integration, and regression testing for IAMD planning systems, including C2BMC Planner, JIDP, and NGP, while guiding interoperability and usability assessments. The role requires developing software requirements, refining defense designs, and conducting scenario-based evaluations of emerging capabilities. Acting as a key liaison between government stakeholders and developers, the Lead will resolve integration challenges and ensure alignment with mission objectives. Additional responsibilities include supervising a cross-functional OA team, supporting Agile development processes, and authoring operational assessment reports. A strong military background in Joint IAMD planning and JICO experience is highly preferred, along with expertise in systems engineering, cybersecurity, and human systems integration.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Active DoD TS/SCI

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.

     

    - 8+ years of relevant operational experience with a minimum of 4 of those 8 years specifically focused on IAD systems analysis and operational assessment.
