• QA Analyst

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking two highly motivated QA Analysts for a 3-month contract to support ongoing data and application testing initiatives. The ideal candidates will be strong analysts with a keen eye for detail and experience in testing web and mobile applications, particularly in the restaurant and retail technology space. Conduct thorough testing of mobile apps, coupons, loyalty redemptions, orders, and modifiers. Perform backend testing on store systems including pricing rules and depletions in lab environments. Collaborate with teams to test web interfaces and mobile platforms. Support RTT (Real-Technology Transformation) initiatives. Analyze and troubleshoot restaurant IT equipment issues. Work closely with QA team members to ensure comprehensive coverage, including backend systems. Participate in interviews and team meetings as scheduled.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Minimum 1 year of experience in QA, analysis, or related field.

     

    - Strong analytical and testing skills.

     

    - Experience with web and mobile application testing.

     

    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in point-of-sale systems is a plus.

     

    - Experience with Restaurant technology

     

    - SQL knowledge.
