Job Description

An insurance client in Cincinnati is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join a large multi-year program to work with the Program Manager and IT teams in an effort to modernize Producer tools. Their responsibilities include:

- Create and maintain process flows -- both business and systems

- Have experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements for project teams regardless of project methodology

- Have experience documenting data requirements (attributes, mapping)

- Willing to share knowledge and experience with business analysis best practices

Skills and Requirements

- 7+ years of BA experience in a regulated industry (insurance, banking, financial services, etc)

- Modern Requirements Experience (or any requirements tracking tool like Digital AI)

- Third Party Vendor management experience - Insurance Experience
