    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for an IT Manager to work for one of our top clients in the Cleveland, OH area. This person will be working as an IT Enterprise Manager for Infrastructure Architecture. The will be responsible for driving the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise infrastructure architecture. This role will serve as the Technical Design Authority for infrastructure-related initiatives, ensuring that technology decisions align with business needs, enterprise standards, and long-term scalability. The leader will oversee the IT Infrastructure Portfolio, provide 3rd party vendor oversight, and play a critical role in new technology selection reviews by guiding deep technical evaluations and ensuring alignment with the organization’s architecture roadmap. The role also requires close collaboration with other infrastructure technology leaders to manage the infrastructure portfolio and provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership. This role is roughly 135-145K with bonus.

    Skills and Requirements

    Haves:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    • 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role.

    • Strong preference with network and or security

    • Proven experience serving as a Technical Design Authority in large, complex organizations.

    • Strong expertise across core infrastructure domains (networking, cloud, compute, storage, identity, and security).

    • Experience managing infrastructure technology portfolios and vendor ecosystems.

    • Demonstrated experience reporting portfolio status, risks, and progress to senior leadership. • Experience with IT governance frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT) a plus.

    • ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) or similar such as LeanIX preferred.

    • Cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) preferred
