    Job Description

    A Technical Delivery Lead will be responsible for:

    • Translates high-level architecture and solution designs into actionable delivery plans for developers.

    • Partners with Development Leads and Enterprise Architects to break down designs into granular stories.

    • Oversees story creation and backlog management in Rally (moving to JIRA, experience with both is preferred).

    • Ensures alignment between design, development teams, and corporate standards.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of technical delivery experience (tech project management/scrum master) with a strong technical background in application development projects, architecture diagrams, understands APIs, integrations, etc.

    • Experience in enterprise agile delivery (SAFe or similar frameworks).

    • Skilled in Rally and JIRA.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.

    • Experience collaborating with developers, scrum masters, technical enterprise architects, and leadership for project coordination.

    • Experience performing developer task management. • Experience in healthcare claims or insurance industry

    • Project management related certifications
