Job Description
Maximize output and maintain high standards of quality
Uphold and promote the company’s mission, policies, and strategic objectives
Organize project schedules and coordinate the procurement of necessary components
Continuously evaluate operations to identify opportunities for process enhancements
Support the development and rollout of new equipment, including specification, testing, and process integration
Optimize workforce allocation for effective productivity
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to share improvement suggestions
Track inventory levels of spare parts and daily maintenance supplies
Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions

2-5 years of manufacturing experience
2-5 years of welding experience
