The role you'll contribute:

Manages daily operations and develops, implements, and monitors plans for patient care services in the imaging department.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Monitors workflow and productivity, adjusting staffing and resources as needed to meet patient demand and ensure timely turnaround.

+ Supports and oversees department regulatory and accreditation compliance.

+ Participates in budget planning and operational decision-making, providing input on staffing, equipment, and resource needs.

+ Engages in talent development, including onboarding, training, and the talent care process to foster a high-performing team.

+ Maintains effective communication with staff, leadership, clinical partners, facilitating alignment on priorities and expectations.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

+ Associate Required

+ Bachelor's Preferred

+ 0 Work Experience Required

+ Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required and

+ American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Required or

+ Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Required or

+ Nuclear Medicine Technology Cert Board (NMTCB) Required or

+ American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) Required or

+ Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Required or

+ Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Required or

+ Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) Required
