    Description

    SAIC is seeking a **Configuration Management Analyst** to support SAIC's NXP Program. This role is in Suffolk, VA and requires ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

    The Configuration Data Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of the Configuration Management/Data Management process.

    + Oversee process to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent records.

    + Develop and implement comprehensive data and configuration management strategies, policies, and procedures.

    + Define and implement processes to segregate and safeguard sensitive and proprietary data using role-based access controls.

    + Establish and maintain records for controlled documents and artifacts.

    + Ensure standardization across program tools and artifacts as well as alignment with government processes.

    + Establish and enforce CM process; to include pre-defined roles and responsibilities, workflow management, and version control.

    + Facilitate risk reviews and reporting, ensuring that all potential issues are documented and addressed alongside configuration changes.

    + Oversee the processes within the configuration framework, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; additional professional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

    + Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

    + Experience with Configuration Management or Data Management Processes on development programs.

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

    + Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate meetings.

    + Experienced with fast-paced, dynamic programs.

    + Experience in Agile methods for program management or software development.

    + Experience supporting a Space program desired!

    + Security+ Certification

    + OS Certification of one of the following; CCNA, CCNP Enterprise Linux, VMware Professional, Windows 2019 or higher, or VMware Certified Associate. 6 month waiver authorized to obtain
