Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a **Temporary Receptionist** for a local company in the **Dubuque area** . This position offers a **casual, welcoming work environment** and is expected to run through **January** — perfect for someone looking to stay busy through the winter months!

**Start Date:** Monday, November 3rd or Tuesday, November 4th

Key Responsibilities:

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls

+ Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional, friendly manner

+ Perform general administrative duties including filing and data entry

+ Use Microsoft Excel and other software to update and maintain records

+ Provide support with additional office tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

+ Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Professional, reliable, and flexible attitude

+ Friendly and approachable personality

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

**Duration:** Through January (approximately 2–3 months)

**Pay:** Based on experience
