Summary:
+ Coordinating medication and supply deliveries to patients, zoning deliveries for routed geographic specific daily runs. Coordinating with Clinical teams any daily new start, restart or additional needed therapies utilizing cost effective decisions regarding delivery methods and arranging special delivery circumstances (i.e.: vacationing patients, etc.).
Responsibilities:
+ Supervision of morning operations when facility opens, working in conjunction with operations manager upon the start of his shift, assuming supervisory role in Absence of operation manager (scheduled and unscheduled meetings, training seminars etc). Recognize/Identify ancillary supplies and infusion pump items for process of filling patient specific ship tickets.Picks accurately equipment and supplies for delivery to patients as per policy and procedure.Receives daily deliveries of supplies and Medication, ($30,000-40,000)) ensuring accurate Count for all product.Responsible to notify Pharmacist/ Pharmacy Manager of narcotic delivery as per policy.Daily coordination with all clinical teams and Field nurse coordinator for specific patient needs (I.e. dose or nurse timing). Ability to rearrange delivery schedule as needed Dependent on changes/ additions/ stat new Referral Start of care.
Credentials:
+ Driver's License (Required)
+ Current Driver's License and good driving record
Education or Equivalent Experience:
+ H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
+ Education Specialization:Equivalent Experience:•And 3+ years Training and experience in home infusion required
