    Come join a company that strives for _Extraordinary People and Exceptional Performance_ ! **Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC,** a **Chenega Professional Services** ’ company, is looking for an **Alternate Program Manager (FLETC Roleplaying)** to support the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, GA. The **Alternate Program Manager** will be responsible when the Program Manager is absent. This role ensures operational excellence across technical efforts, staffing, and roleplaying activities.

    Responsibilities

    + Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and roleplaying team activities.

    + Provide administrative guidance, program control, and technical supervision of personnel involved in support of contract requirements.

    + Interface with the Government’s COR.

    + Serve as the main point of contact for the contract to the Government with full decision-making authority.

    + Must be available to the Government during normal business hours and will be available during all other times as required.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of three (3) consecutive years of experience within the last five (5) years as a manager or supervisor in a related field of comparable magnitude (management, administrative staff, and over 100 part-time employees).

    + College degree preferred but not required.

    + PMP Certification preferred but not required.

    + Must pass a background examination for suitability to support Law Enforcement training.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.
