What you'll do...
+ Direct compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure consistent human resource practices.
+ Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
+ Oversee talent management processes including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
+ Lead human resources project management, ensuring alignment, budget adherence, and effective communication.
+ Provide guidance and consulting to management on human resources issues and regulatory compliance.
+ Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
+ Analyze operational processes and implement action plans to enhance performance and reduce noncompliance.

+ Extensive experience in organizational leadership and human resource strategy aligned with business objectives.
+ Proven ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
+ Expertise in talent management, including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
+ Strong skills in change management and guiding organizational transformation initiatives.
+ Ability to develop and implement human resources methodologies, training programs, and action plans to improve performance.
+ Demonstrated capability in building collaborative relationships and providing strategic HR consulting to business leaders.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 6 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 8 years’
experience in human resources or related area .
2 years’ supervisory experience
