    Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services.

     

    We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Hugo office.

     

    This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful. This is a fully on-site position. Some travel will be required for training and branch assistance purposes, but it will not be typical.

    The hours are as follows as well as other hours as needed (this is a rotating two week schedule):

    Week One

     

    Sunday OFF

     

    Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    Saturday OFF

     

    Week One Total Hours = 40 Hours

     

    Lunch Breaks in Week One are 30 Minutes Monday - Friday.

     

    Week Two

     

    Sunday OFF

     

    Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    Tuesday 8:45 AM - 1:00 PM

     

    Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

    Saturday 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM

    Week Two Total Hours = 39.50 Hours

     

    Lunch Breaks in Week Two are 30 Minutes on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

     

    This is Grade 7 – Non-exempt, Hourly, Full-time position with Benefits.

     

    The starting rate of pay is $21.69 - $23.05 per hour.
