    Job Description

    The Finance Lead, State Reporting & Financial Monitoring will be responsible for restrictive state reporting and corresponding financial monitoring ensuring adherence to state laws across the US Enterprise e.g., USC (Therapeutics and Aesthetics), R&D, FSS BSG. The Finance Lead will act as a liaison between US Commercial Compliance, OEC, and Legal to support adherence with state laws.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Lead all restrictive state reporting and financial monitoring adhering to state laws. Understand each unique monitoring process and required due diligence.

    + Publish quarterly restrictive state financial metrics to leadership proving insights into trends and risks.

    + Escalate observations and recommend changes to procedures, monitoring plans, systems, and process to support adherence of individual state laws.

    + Deliver on-time state submission reports, including required supplemental data (e.g., samples, HR calculations, text messages, etc.), presenting to leadership.

    + Support US federal reporting obligations, as needed, to ensure Sunshine reporting is executed for annual deliverable.

    + Review annual restrictive state monitoring plans and procedures with Finance Director.

    + Enhance reporting analytics dashboard, supporting Business Unit reviews and analysis across the US Enterprise.

    + Support project management of US Enterprise Sunshine and state spot audits.

    Qualifications

    + BA/BS required. Experience in audit, finance, compliance or monitoring preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

    + Pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech company experience, preferred.

    + Ability to create, manage and analyze large datasets utilizing visualization such as: Power BI, Dataiku.

    + Must have effective communication, cross functional skills, data analysis, and critical thinking skills.

    + Strong attention to detail, independent and proactive thought and decision-making skills are necessary.

    + The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ​

    + This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ​

    Salary: $94,000 - $178,500
