When hospitals cannot provide the advanced care, expertise and new treatment options their patients require, they turn to us. *JOB SUMMARY* Responsible for all charge capture elements associated with the Hartford region main OR, BJI and GI areas. Significant interaction with clinicians, surgeons, supply chain and outside vendors. Works effectively as a team member within the department and with customers, both internal and external, to provide quality service through effective communication, cooperation, and collaboration. *Education* * Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience. *Experience* * 1-3 years of experience with inventory control, hospital supplies and equipment or hospital billing. *Preferred Requirements* *Experience* * Experience with PeopleSoft and EPIC * Experience with TECSYS *Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements * * Computer skills which include in excel and Word * Strong customer service skills required. * Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in a group.
