**Job Title:** Production Machine Operator

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Shift:** 2nd Shift : 3pm-1am Monday-Thursday

Training on 1st Shift: 5am-3pm Monday-Thursday

**Wage:** $17.50/hr

Summary:

Operate and set up production machinery, ensuring product quality and optimal machine performance. Maintain safe work practices and communicate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Follow all safety policies (wear PPE, use tools/equipment safely).

+ Efficiently cut and place primer pads; create test parts quickly.

+ Perform basic MES/ERP functions (clock in/out, log activities, record production).

+ Feed parts into machines, change glue, adjust primer flow, read job travelers.

+ Assist with material movement and minimize scrap.

+ Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings.

+ Support team and adapt in challenging environments.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma/equivalent.

+ Experience in manufacturing or with industrial machinery preferred.

+ Strong communication, teamwork, mechanical aptitude, and math skills.

+ Ability to stand 8-10 hours, lift 5-50 lbs (occasionally up to 75 lbs), bend, twist, kneel, stoop.
