    **Employment Type:** Full-time (Direct Hire - Perm Position)

    **Compensation:** $30,000 annual salary

    **Reports to:** CEO / Advisory Team Lead

    Overview:

    Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support an investment advisory team and deliver outstanding service to clients. This role serves as a liaison between clients, advisors, and internal teams, helping ensure smooth client experiences and efficient operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

    + Manage advisor calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare materials

    + Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations

    + Assist with onboarding new clients, documentation, and compliance forms

    + Collaborate with operations teams for trade execution and follow-up

    + Maintain client databases/CRM and ensure data integrity

    + Generate and analyze reports (performance, billing, account summaries)

    + Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements

    + Support marketing efforts, communications, and event coordination

    + Execute general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, office supplies)

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred

    + At least 2 years of administrative support experience, ideally in financial services or investment environments

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    + Experience with CRM systems or financial software is a plus

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

    + High professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information

    + Comfort working collaboratively across multiple departments
