About the Opportunity:

We’re actively building a pipeline of skilled **Human Resources professionals** for upcoming opportunities in the Petersburg, VA area. These roles will support dynamic organizations focused on employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations

+ Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

+ Assist with performance management processes and training initiatives

+ Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, ensuring a positive workplace culture

+ Partner with leadership to support HR projects and organizational goals

Qualifications:

+ 1–5 years of experience in Human Resources (Generalist, Coordinator, or Specialist roles)

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Working knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

+ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
