    Responsibilities

    Support executive leaders and organizational strategies through a structured development program.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist in the formulation, enhancement and implementation of organizational strategy and policies.

    + Oversee and analyze specified financial targets, operating budgets and/or resource allocation.

    + Complete data collection or research and value-added analytics for executive leaders through the interpretation of facts and summary analyses.

    + Identify and facilitate process improvement initiatives. Lead assigned, critical projects.

    + Facilitate key leadership meetings including developing agendas, materials, discussion topics, actions items and outline key decisions.

    + Complete development program including assessment process, development goal planning and defined projects.

    Requirements

    Education:

    + Bachelor's degree required. Enrolled or graduate of Master's degree program preferred.
