Join our **Member Portal team** as an **Associate Digital Product** and help support backlog refinement, QA testing, and planning for key interactions with our members online\. You’ll collaborate with teams like Customer Support, Product Marketing, and Engineering to deliver high\-impact solutions as we undergo a major enabling transformation\.

We’re looking for someone **with experience in product management and a background in IT or digital fields** \. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, drive member satisfaction, and help scale our digital capabilities\.

You’ll also **create communications for presenting to prospective candidates and their families** , work closely with the **communications team to adopt best practices for marketing** , and **lead meetings with stakeholders** to ensure alignment and impact\.

Job Responsibilities

+ Working closely with stakeholders to understand the business and advance solutions as business priorities evolve

+ Supporting Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in the development of digital strategies, features, capabilities, and content

+ Collaborating and coordinating with cross\-functional teams to develop and propose digital strategy in support of key business and product initiatives

+ Overseeing a backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall digital solutions roadmap

+ Leading Agile ceremonies and/or collaboration meetings, such as planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives with technology teams

+ Coordinating within cross\-functional teams to support product, program and outreach optimizations and the delivery of regulatory and contractual assets

+ Working closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are delivered to specification in a timely and cost\-effective manner

Job Qualifications

Education

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required\. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

+ 3 years \- Working in the field of digital product management, content management, web design and publishing, member/relationship database marketing campaigns\.

Skills\\Certifications

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability\.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 \(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc\.\) and SharePoint

+ Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
