    Job Description:

    + We are seeking an experienced **Material Handler** to support cleanroom operations at our Milpitas facility. The ideal candidate will have strong material handling experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a controlled cleanroom environment. This role requires significant hands-on activity, data accuracy, and adherence to operational standards within a manufacturing or technical setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform **material movement and inventory transactions** in compliance with cleanroom standards.

    + **Gown up and work inside a cleanroom environment** for approximately 90% of the workday.

    + **Transport materials** to and from points of use using carts and other equipment (up to 50 lbs).

    + **Audit and reconcile kits** by comparing physical component lists against Bills of Materials (BOMs) on screen.

    + Execute **data entry and transaction updates** in SAP and other MRP systems (training provided).

    + Enter and maintain accurate **serial numbers and part information** in internal quality systems.

    + Utilize **Excel and digital tracking tools** for logging and comparing material data.

    + Maintain **inventory accuracy and documentation** through regular audits and cycle counts.

    + Support cross-functional teams in maintaining smooth and compliant material flow.

    + Adhere to all **safety, cleanroom, and EHS standards** during daily operations.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum **3 years of experience** in material handling, logistics, or warehouse operations.

    + **Prior cleanroom experience** strongly preferred; willingness and comfort to work in cleanroom gear required.

    + Ability to **read and compare documentation** accurately (paper vs. digital BOMs).

    + **Computer literate** with basic Excel and intermediate data-entry skills.

    + Experience using **SAP or MRP systems** for inventory transactions (training provided if needed).

    + Ability to **lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs** .

    + Strong **attention to detail** , accuracy, and ability to follow process-driven tasks.

     

    Excellent **teamwork, communication, and reliability** in a fast-paced environment.
