Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Lock Coordinator. The Lock Coordinator will be responsible to liaise with various departments within the business and our external client base in order to manage and activate E-Locks and keys. The Lock Coordinator will process and manage requests, as well as, coordinate between internal departments to ensure that locks/keys are delivered. The successful incumbent will work closely with the MAC team on a Brink’s project level. They will be the main escalation point for level 2 lock troubleshooting.

As a member of the Customer Care Team, you will:

+ Develop and manage lock /key inventory and service requests

+ Provide lock support and coaching for BNCS agents

+ Liaise with internal and external contacts and provide lock support to clients

+ Confirm installation or start dates with service branches and our clients

+ Ensure eLock availability and that the E-Lock system remains updated

+ Responsible for maintaining accurate lock and key databases

+ Ensure programming of keys and locks

+ Provide monthly reporting of activities

+ Track and escalate lock issues

+ Participate in project planning meetings/calls

+ Provide lock procedural training and documentation

+ Maintain card access database for Head Office

+ Coordinate troubleshooting, installation and repair activities
