    Summary:

    This position plays a vital role in the organizational effectiveness of First Horizon Bank, providing administrative support to all financial centers to ensure a smooth and efficient operational process.

     

    **Responsibilities** :

    + Assists with questions and issues about products, services, discrepancies, and customer information files.

    + Ensures customer records are correct.

    + Ensures cases are resolved properly.

    + Supports the Branches, Back Office, with any DDA CDA or IRA related Questions.

    + We verify and process all Signature Cards, Business Documents and Legal Documents from the Branches and Back Office.

    + We maintenance two Department mailboxes daily

    **Requirements** :

    + High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.

    + Relevant experience preferred but not required.

    + Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    + Experience with a 10-key calculator or number pad.

    + Strong teamwork and customer service skills

    + Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

    + Precise hand/eye coordination

    + Basic keyboarding/typing skills.

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Problem solving skills.

    **Hours** :

    + Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
