WFM & AI Solutions Lead
**Location:** Remote (Preferably in Parsippany, NJ or Charlotte, NC)
**Travel:** Approximately 10%
**Salary:** $80,000-$120,000 annually
Job Summary:
The **WFM & AI Solutions Lead** provides ongoing support for the Infor WFM Solution, addressing design gaps, enhancements, and evolving requirements. This role involves analyzing organizational, business, and application systems to propose process efficiencies, deliver dynamic solutions, partnering with testing leads for robust testing, and providing production-level support for complex issues. The analyst will also collaborate with various teams to document the standard and custom solutions for Infor WFM, Infor OS and their related modules and ensure compatibility and integration across workstreams and product lines. The ideal candidate will have a background in artificial intelligence (AI), automation and hands-on experience integrating AI-driven solutions into enterprise platforms such as Infor Workforce Management (WFM).

+ AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms, integrating them into existing or new applications. This includes data preparation, feature engineering, evaluation, and deployment.
+ Provide analysis of organizational system adoption to identify and deliver dynamic solutions to address end-user concerns, desired functionality, and new organizational/industry/system requirements where approved by leadership.
+ Partner with testing leads for robust testing of requirements across workstreams, product lines, and solutions to ensure compatibility, lower regression occurrences, and maintain code integration.
+ Partner with all teams to provide clear documentation of custom Data Lake configuration and solution as it evolves over its lifetime and development.
+ Draft and refine functional design documentation for standard configuration reference and in support of custom development of system processes, such as define export files for integration with other workstreams, business intelligence data sources, and application security administration.
+ Provide Production Level support for detailed and complex issues requiring intense data review, script development and execution, and coordination with WFM Vendor support teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience (preferably with the Infor Cloud Suite for WFM, OS and Mongoose) in WFM Time and Attendance, WFM Multi View Scheduling, WFM Labor Forecasting, Infor Data Lake, Electronic Time Capture.
• 1+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI, Automation or Agentic AI application development and integration.
• Electronic Time Capture (HTML, Physical - ATS and Synel, IVR):
+ Device Usability Review: Evaluate the usability of devices, including setup, configuration (within the clock and with WFM), installation, network options, maintenance, costs, support, troubleshooting, and attestations.
+ Documentation: Provide detailed documentation related to installation and interfacing.
• **Security:**
+ **Support:** Access to application, including setup or fixing access and security roles, proposal, and testing of Functional security groups in IFS.
+ **Mongoose Access Support:** User setup and Hierarchy Access.
• **Data Fabric/Data Lake:**
+ Replication Process and Environment Configuration: Understanding the replication from WFM to DL, including IMS Document Name and Flows Configurations, BOD auditing, and monitoring using Data Lake tools. Setting up an environment for the data lake, including data flows and APIs.
+ Data Extraction and Documentation: Collaborating with third-party vendors for data extraction and loading to Oracle. Creating documentation for managing the progress of data files from the Data Lake to Oracle for the benefit of the internal data warehouse and business intelligence analytics.
• Environment Strategy and Support:
+ **Review and Correction Process** **:** Create a defined review and correction process of WFM registry and API items in non-production instances overlaid or incorrectly changed by a backfill from production. Review connection points and data flows used by the OS tenant.
+ **API and Data Flow Validation** **:** Review API Gateway and Data Lake APIs where applicable. Test API and validate consumer and secret keys in WFM and OS. Document and validate Connection Points, PGP Keys, and Data Flow, along with reactivation of these items, if necessary.
