    Position Overview: New Graduate RN – Float Team (Full-Time)

     

    This exciting opportunity is designed specifically for newly graduated registered nurses who are eager to begin their professional journey in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a member of the **New Graduate Float Team** , you will rotate across a variety of inpatient units—and select outpatient areas—gaining exposure to multiple specialties and care settings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of experienced preceptors and mentors.

    + Float between diverse units including **Medical, Surgical, Orthopedic, and Cardiac** —building a strong clinical foundation.

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.

    + Participate in the **Nurse Residency Program** , which includes structured learning experiences, peer support, and professional development workshops.

    + Adapt to different unit cultures and workflows while maintaining high standards of care.

    Compensation:

    _BSN Pay Range: $34.76 - $57.06 per hour_

     

    _ADN Pay Range: $32.31 - $50.71 per hour_

     

    _Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
