Job Summary

Performs routine cleaning of assigned areas, including direct and indirect patient care areas,diagnostic areas, offices, restrooms and public areas. Meets time, quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain adequate supplies on cart for supply replenishment in work areas.

+ Perform routine floor care to clean, burnish and scrub floors.

+ Dispose of solid, biohazard, recyclable and confidential trash per procedures.

+ Utilize paging system.

+ Utilize HEV systems for bed discharge/transfer flow.

Minimum Requirements

+ Able to lift, bend, pull & stoop.

+ Good communication skills.

+ Good physical health.

+ Walking & standing 8 hours per day.

+ Must be able to read & write.

+ No previous experience required.
