    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    The Paid Media Analyst is a data-driven marketing professional responsible for analyzing paid media campaign performance, generating actionable insights, and supporting optimization strategies across digital channels. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaigns are measurable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise marketing goals. Key areas of focus include media mix modeling, attribution frameworks, dashboard development, and test-and-learn initiatives.

     

    Are you passionate about turning data into strategy? We’re looking for a Paid Media Analyst to join our enterprise marketing team and help optimize paid media investments across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong grasp of performance analytics, attribution modeling, and media optimization.

    What you will do in this role:

    + Analyze paid media campaign performance across search, social, and programmatic channels.

    + Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve media ROI.

    + Support media mix modeling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution frameworks.

    + Collaborate with internal COEs and external agencies to align data with marketing goals.

    + Design and manage A/B testing strategies to validate and scale successful tactics.

    + Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and internal data governance standards.

    + Build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

    What you should have for this role:

    + Bachelor’s degree required

    + Master’s degree preferred

    + 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or media optimization.

    + Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.

    + Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    + Preferred: Experience in healthcare or regulated industries; certifications in Google Marketing Platform or similar.
