Schedule -Part time Administrative Assistant – Property Development
Pay $20–$25/hr based on experience.
**Location** : Point Pleasant, WV
**Hours** : 5 days a week. Work day will be part time hours.
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, self started and experienced in real estate or legal admin work? A growing commercial development company is seeking a **Part-Time Administrative Assistant** to support property research and documentation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in researching potential commercial properties for acquisition
+ Handle and organize property-related documents (deeds, titles, etc.)
+ Deliver documents locally (all locations are within walking distance)
+ Support the team with administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
+ **Self-starter** with strong organizational skills
+ Proficient in **Microsoft Excel and Word**
+ Experience with **deeds, titles, and property documentation terminology**
+ Background as a **paralegal** or in real estate/legal admin is a **plus**
+ Comfortable with light local travel (no driving required)

+ **Pay:** $20–$25/hour, based on experience
